Romans 6:1-14

vs. 1: Sin is to be repented of, and not repeated.  There is no need for an increase of grace.  God's grace is sufficient (2 Cor. 12:9).  Increasing sin to increase grace is to suppose that God has not poured out enough grace from the beginning.  God poured out His grace by pouring out His mercy.

vs. 2: This death is not a literal death, but a spiritual death.  The question confirms that if you have died to sin (spiritually), then your renewal will absent the desire of sin in your life.

Lifeboat Alliance Homeless Shelter Update

God has blessed us with the great opportunity to see the church as a whole come together to help our city.  God does have great things in store for our city, but we are a key part of that as we allow God to work through us.  The shelter is literally just waiting for the city council to let us begin work.  We are waiting on R3 zoning approval, however we are now looking at a longer process as the council wants to place a conditional ordinance on their approval of the rezoning.  I understand their concerns, but it does become very frustrating when you have many wonderful people who are pullin

VBS Meeting- April 13th

There will be a meeting on Wednesday April 13 @ 6:30pm for all VBS volunteers. Childcare will be provided.   Please make plans to attend if at all possible.   Also, Wednesday night Bible Study will be cancelled due to VBS meeting.  If you have any questions contact Mandy Steele.
